information for the final challenge.
The Bedroom Zone
All he wants to do all day is sleep!
It's up to you to show him how to get motivated
and out of bed. You will be encouraged to think
about the importance of emotional well-being and
it's influence on health.
The Cafe Zone
Find out how to feed your player
a healthy breakfast! A different menu for every
day of the week - covers lunch and dinner too.
Here, you will be given the opportunity to learn
more about nutrition and the importance of a balanced
diet.
The Research Zone
You can enter this zone at any
time where it contains games, printable worksheets
and useful links to some great websites.
The Gym Zone
Explains the importance of physical
fitness without the hype or the expense. Your
task is to place 'Lazy Bums' or 'Healthy Hearts'
onto items to find out what value they may have
for keeping fit.
The Video Zone
Sit back, relax, and watch a number
of digital movies about food, sport and exercise.
You can even learn how to bake your own bread
and prepare healthy sandwiches for your packed
lunch.
The End Zone
The Dungeon. This final challenge will test
you on how much you have learned throughout
the game. Watch out for the Wizard.
